Screening Process
AFPM knows the importance of securing a qualified tenant. Our homeowners¿ satisfaction is something we take very seriously and that is why we begin with a thorough screening process. For properties that are not currently leased we will advertise, show, and screen prospective tenants. We do not charge the owner an up-front fee, but simply deduct a percentage of the rental amount from the first month's payment.
The Following Criteria Are Used To Screen Prospective Tenants:
Two years of prior tenant history.
Two years of employment history.
Criminal Check nationwide for both misdemeanors & felonies
Nationwide Sexual Predator Check
Nationwide Terrorist activity check
Three times the monthly rental amount for income.
Overall good credit history (based on a national risk score).
If tenant does not meet property management profile; prior to an immediate rejection, a member of our professional staff will contact the homeowner for final decision. In some cases an additional deposit can be substituted for one of the above.

Rent Due Dates
1st of each month, certified funds only after the 1st.
Rent Late Date
Rent is due on the 1st.
$100 Late Fee if paid after the 1st of each month.
